Phoenix Heating Specialists designed, supplied and installed a solar thermal hot water and replacement system boiler to my home.
From the design/concept stage to a competitive quote and quality installation it was a fast, careful and tidy experience by clearly very knowledgeable staff. Communications between the company and I were fast and easy with all of the components to be fitted advised to me in writing, in advance.
Matt, Danny and Dale brought me solutions; not problems when a hiccup arose and made the transition from oil to electricity an easy one.
The install was over 5 days and each day they left after tidying up to enable my family to live in the area of their work – a real change to some other companies I have used in the past.

This customer reached out to us to explore the viability of heating their home and hot water via an air source heat pump. After an initial consultation, we re-attended and completed a full heat loss survey of the property to determine the heat requirements of each room. We then submitted the data to the customer along with the associated quote. Needless to say, the end product produced a heat pump boasting an efficiency of over 300% which in comparison to their old oil system operating at circa 75% was a vast improvement. This translated into a hefty saving on their energy bills and a green and more sustainable method of heating their home and hot water.
